We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting data sources using the Relay Agent (eg SolarWinds, SCOM). This will impact dashboards and monitoring using these data sources. We have identified a possible root cause and preparing a fix. We will provide an update within 30 mins.

A fix has been prepared and is under review. If the fix is validated, the estimated time until resolution is one hour.

The fix has been validated and is being rolled out. The roll out is per data source, so one by one data sources that use the Relay Agent should start to function normally. We estimate all data sources to be functioning normally within approximately 1 hour.

Roll out of the fix is progressing but taking longer than expected. Estimated time to complete the roll out is approx 2 hours from now.

This issue has been fixed and is being monitored. All data sources should now function correctly via the Relay Agent. Data sources may show that the last indexing failed. The next scheduled index should run successfully.
