We experienced service degradation and intermittent outages affecting Sprinto application in the US region Impact: - Significantly elevated response times (up to 40+ seconds) - Increased error rates across the platform - Intermittent service unavailability for some users - Degraded performance for users accessing Sprinto from the US region Current Status: All services have been restored and are operating normally. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely to ensure stability. Next Steps: Our engineering team is conducting a thorough investigation to determine the root cause of this incident, and will publish more details
During a routine deployment, incompatible dependencies were introduced that caused the US region build to fail, resulting in service brief unavailability for users in US region. Our monitoring systems quickly detected the issue, and our engineering team responded immediately to restore full service. All services are now operating normally.
Resolved - An application outage occurred in the US region due to an infrastructure maintenance activity related to certificates. The team promptly identified the issue, reverted the changes and successfully restored application availability
The US region experienced an elevated level of API errors. The issue has been mitigated, and we are closely monitoring system performance to ensure stability.
