    Several large scale consumption resources have been abused by users who have since been sanctioned and rate limited moving forward. The consistent looping of request has caused consistent and incrementing load on database resources which at times blocked available and legit connections from coming through which may have caused a couple of minutes of downtime for some resources. Quick monitoring and reaction time have scaled available resources to accommodate in time and throttled the risks.
