    We are currently investigating a degradation of AI results in Search and Intelligence Dashboards. Starting at 3pm PST, new AI results are not available in both Search and Intelligence Dashboards. The time to resolution is not yet known. There are no impacts to Live or historical video viewing, Alerts, Cases or any other portion of the Dashboard. Time to resolution is not yet known.

    A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results as backlogged AI results roll into the system.

    This incident has been resolved. All AI results are now accessible again in Search and Intelligence Dashboards. There was no data loss.
