We are currently investigating a degradation to our Alerts system that is causing delays to our realtime AI Alerts. All customers with AI Alerts enabled will be impacted by delayed alert arrival. The time to resolution is not yet known.

Investigation is still ongoing but mitigation is underway to limit the length of the alert delays to no more than 10 minutes. Time to resolution is still unknown.

The degradation to the Alerts system causing delays to realtime AI Alerts has been resolved. The issue was internal to our cloud partner, Google, and is still under further investigation by their team for a Root Cause Analysis. All Alerts across all customers should now return to normal latency.
