Dialog continues with our partner as to how best to restore expected behavior. The North American holiday weekend is impacting our resolution timeline, and it is likely that expected behavior will not be restored until 12/02/24. While we continue to resolve the issue, users affected by the login behavior change can successfully access their Splice account by logging in with the email address associated with their account. We remain in conversation with our partner regarding resolution of the ongoing login issues and are working towards full restoration. We are also exploring remediation options independent of our partner in order to more quickly restore expected functionality.
