Dialog continues with our partner as to how best to restore expected behavior. The North American holiday weekend is impacting our resolution timeline, and it is likely that expected behavior will not be restored until 12/02/24. We remain in conversation with our partner regarding resolution of the ongoing login issues and are working towards full restoration. A fix has been implemented and users are once again able to login to splice.com using their usernames. We are monitoring to confirm full functionality has been restored before declaring this incident fully resolved.
