    We have identified the trigger for the login behavior change. We are closely working with our partner to determine the safest and quickest action to restore expected behavior. We will share more information as it becomes available.     Dialog continues with our partner as to how best to restore expected behavior. The North American holiday weekend is impacting our resolution timeline, and it is likely that expected behavior will not be restored until 12/02/24. While we continue to resolve the issue, users affected by the login behavior change can successfully access their Splice account by logging in with the email address associated with their account.     We remain in conversation with our partner regarding resolution of the ongoing login issues and are working towards full restoration. We are also exploring remediation options independent of our partner in order to more quickly restore expected functionality. While we continue to resolve the issue, users affected by the login behavior change can successfully access their Splice account by logging in with the email address associated with their account.     A fix has been implemented and users are once again able to login to splice.com using their usernames. We are monitoring to confirm full functionality has been restored before declaring this incident fully resolved.
