Our team is aware of this issue and is working to identify the cause. We will share updates as soon as we have more details.

  2. investigating Jun 24, 2025, 03:08 PM UTC

We are currently experiencing degraded performance in our database, and our engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue. As part of our resolution efforts, newly created bookings may temporarily not appear on the calendar within the member web portal and mobile app. Despite this, users can still create and pay for bookings without any issues. All bookings are being successfully created and stored, and the system continues to prevent any double-bookings as expected. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to restore full functionality.

  3. resolved Jun 24, 2025, 03:25 PM UTC

The issue has been resolved, and all systems are now functioning normally. Thank you for your patience.
