Customer credit balance doesn't update when permanent credits are given by administrator
Spacebring experienced a minor incident on April 16, 2025, lasting 49m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Permanent credits added manually by administrators are not currently appearing in the credit balance of some customers. Our team is aware of this issue and is actively working to resolve it as soon as possible.

This issue has been resolved. Credit balances are now updated for affected customers and correctly reflect credits previously given. Thank you for your patience while we worked to fix this.
