On April 21, between 8:00 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. EDT, some users experienced page display issues related to an operational failure at one of our hosting partners. We have made changes to our platform that reduce the likelihood this problem will recur. In addition, monitoring has been added so we can respond more rapidly should the problem occur again.
