    On April 21, between 4:00 AM EDT and 7:30 AM EDT, as a result of a database issue, we built up a backlog while processing user timing data for Course Analytics. During this period, timing results displayed at Course Analytics will not have been updated to reflect student activity. No data was lost, and the backlog was cleared by 7:30 AM EDT.
