Some customers may be experiencing an outage with our SIP trunk services. This is a partial outage and not all services are impacted. We have escalated this to our upstream carrier and will provide updates accordingly.

Our upstream carrier is currently investigating an issue causing loss of registration / connectivity for SIP trunks. More to come as soon as more detail is available.

This incident has now been escalated to our upstream carriers major incidents team for further investigation. More details will be provided as soon as possible. Our own systems are being impacted by this incident and we are doing what we can to have this resolved as soon as possible. We are starting to see SIP trunks register against our carrier network. We will be reviewing each instance individually and removing diversions as we see stability return.

We will continuing to monitor the performance of the SIP trunks over the coming hours. At this stage 100% of services have returned to operational status.
