10:25 AM 09/04/2024 : Tier 3 IP Engineering teams have been engaged and investigating a potential DNS related issue affecting NBN services.

10:44 AM 09/04/2024 : Issue has been resolved by the T3 IP Engineering team by restarting the Backend DNS cache. We will continue to monitor the issue for a period. We apologise for the inconvenience.
