    Due to a problem with the system's automated scheduler, pickup reminder texts did not go out on the evening of July 19. The issue has been fixed, and reminder texts will go out as normal this evening (July 20). We are taking additional steps to prevent this type of incident in the future, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
