The SmartVault Search service is experiencing intermittent service interruptions for some customers. Our engineers have identified the root cause of this issue. Some customers may experience search failure during the next 24 hours as engineering works to resolve the issue. We apologize to those customers that are currently impacted. Customers may experience search failure during the next 24 hours as engineering works to resolve the issue this weekend. We anticipate the service to be fully restored by Monday, May 22nd. We apologize to those customers that are currently impacted.
