    We are currently investigating an issue where some recordings intermittently display as corrupted.

    A fix has been implemented, service is stable and we are monitoring

    This incident has been resolved. The issue had two impacts: 1. During the incident, some sessions couldn't be play temporarily, because of overloaded servers. 2. Some sessions were not saved correctly, so they can be partially corrupted, completely corrupted or completely not saved.
