The downtime for all our services was approximately from 12:55 CEST to 13:30 CEST, caused by the upgrade of one of the core pieces of our infrastructure. The incident was fully resolved, and all services were restored to normal functionality, but there may be some recordings missing within this time window, as not all data has been saved.
