Smartlook experienced a minor incident on November 13, 2023 affecting Session Recording and Web Application, lasting 2h 26m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

This incident has been resolved. The issue started at 2:45 pm (CET) and lasted approximately until 5 pm (CET). It is possible that the issue affected recordings created between 3pm (CET) and 4:30pm (CET). We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
