    We are investigating a traffic impacting issue. Please expect an update with details in the next 30 minutes.

    Today, between 11:04 - 11:10 AM ET, the SiteSpect Cloud environment encountered an issue across its points of presence. As a result end users may have experienced slower than normal page loads or have temporarily been unable to access your origin for a brief period (depending on browser) before bypass was engaged automatically. Traffic was automatically restored to route through SiteSpect as soon as the systems stabilized. We are closely monitoring as we are investigating the root cause. We will provide a status update before 3 PM ET. Please note that this incident did not impact all SiteSpect cloud clients.

    SiteSpect Engineers have adjusted thresholds in our monitoring systems to accommodate the unusual traffic patterns seen today that resulted in the system performance issue earlier. Our Platform Operations group is monitoring these changes to ensure the continued stability of the SiteSpect Cloud. We will provide updates as they are available.
