On June 6th 2018, for four short intervals between 8:40 and 10:52 am ET, SiteSpect loadbalancers were operating in a suboptimal state. As a result, some end users may have temporarily been unable to receive page content for a brief period of time. We have identified the root cause of the incident and implemented alerting as well as a temporary fix to ensure that the problem does not recur.
