    SiteSpect engineers are currently investigating an issue where some customers have reported traffic not routing through SiteSpect. This issue is not impacting all customers.     SiteSpect engineers have identified the issue and have stabilized traffic service for all sites. We continue to monitor traffic and will post updates as they become available.

    On June 6th 2018, for four short intervals between 8:40 and 10:52 am ET, SiteSpect loadbalancers were operating in a suboptimal state. As a result, some end users may have temporarily been unable to receive page content for a brief period of time. We have identified the root cause of the incident and implemented alerting as well as a temporary fix to ensure that the problem does not recur. A long-term fix is being developed and will be deployed. We continue to monitor our systems closely. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have further questions.
