Sine experienced a notice incident on March 22, 2024 affecting SinePoint iPad App (iOS), lasting 38d 19h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

On March 20th, we received reports of an issue affecting some functionality related to SinePoint Pro, mainly centred around Fast Track Codes Investigations into the problem showed this impacted a small number of users, those users were given advice on how to work around the issue while we worked on a fix As part of the fix testing, and over the next 24 hours, we discovered that affected users were also experiencing issues with returning visits and facial recognition. At this point, the support case was raised to ‘Critical’ priority We are actively working on rolling back the affected release, and will provide updates as they become available The new version, 1.41.0, will be available in the coming days MDM users will be automatically prompted to update to the fix version, while non-MDM users can download the new version manually when it becomes available
