    AWS SQS experiencing an outage. We are working rerouting all email events.

    Simplr had a service interruption that occurred early this morning between 4:05 - 6:50 AM CST due to an AWS SQS outage with the service that reports ticket events. We rerouted the events through an alternate queue. Once AWS outage was resolved, original queues were restored. We lost email events during the outage and are in the process to bring these events into the platform.
