    Ticket routing stopped due to connection issues. Seeing http.client.CannotSendRequest: Request-sent error in Routing Logic. This resulted in slower routing of ticket and slower responses to chat messages. Issue was tracked to older http client library that did not handle failures gracefully. Restarting the service fixed the issue. Ticket has been created to replace the library
