    Our auto routing stopped which caused delay in routing the tickets to experts and delay in resolving the tickets. It has been fixed and tickets are routing normally. No data has been lost and the system should be caught up shortly.

    Auto routing service stopped causing tickets to be queued up for manual routing and creating a backlog. Code issue was identified with ML service and a rollback allowed ticket to be routed again.
