    Degraded performance on zendesk chat. High cpu on zendesk containers.

  2. postmortem May 18, 2021, 01:17 PM UTC

    Restarting zendesk chat resolved the issue. Initial investigation shows high CPU on one EC2 instance that got rebalanced after the restart.
