    SimpliGov support has identified performance degredation on production authentication and portal services (Dashboard, user management etc.). The issue has been identified and escalated to Azure support who are working to resolve underlying issues on the Azure Government cloud. SimpliGov will notify users when the underlying Azure issues have been resolved.

    Azure support has resolved the issue within the Virtual Machine Scale Set and are working on a full RCA for the issue at hand. Services have returned to normal.
