Update timeline
- identified Dec 31, 2021, 04:30 PM UTC
We have identified an issue preventing some inbound calls from reaching our network. At this time only phone numbers that route to our US-West cluster as their primary destination are impacted. Numbers routing to US-Central and US-East are unaffected. Our engineers are attempting to re-home all US-West numbers temporarily to get services restored until the underlying issue is corrected.
- monitoring Dec 31, 2021, 04:38 PM UTC
All US-West phone numbers have been re-homed to US-Central. Early tests show a 100% success rate. We will continue to test and to monitor this traffic closely to ensure that all calls are being delivered successfully.
- monitoring Dec 31, 2021, 05:17 PM UTC
We are still observing a 100% success rate to calls on all previously effected US-West phone numbers. We will continue to test and to monitor this traffic closely to ensure that all calls are being delivered successfully.
- resolved Dec 31, 2021, 05:25 PM UTC
We have received no further reports or indication of continued call failure to US-West DIDs. SimpleVoIP will continue to monitor closely for stability. At this time, we are considering this issue resolved.
