    We are experiencing issues affecting orders showing up in the Signifyd Console. Users may also experience issues when attempting to log into the Signifyd Console. We are still able to successfully receive and process all submitted orders. Due to the delay, orders may not immediately show in the Signifyd Console, but you should receive all associated webhook notifications. Your orders will be visible within the Signifyd Console as soon as our search delay is caught up.     Signifyd experienced an issue that inadvertently removed required access to our API servers. The permission issue has since been resolved. Any newly submitted orders are being processed in real time. If any orders do not show up in the Signifyd systems, they were not saved during this window of time so they will need to be resent to Signifyd via the API. We will follow up with more information.

All cases are being submitted successfully and receiving a guarantee decision, but you may notice a delay in the data within the Insights “Reporting”.
