    We are currently investigating an issue in our finance services that is causing a delay in refreshing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable views. For some customers, this may also result in AR/AP pages failing to load. We will provide an update when we determine the cause of this issue.

    We believe the issue has been corrected. We will monitor to ensure that the views continue to be refreshed normally.

    All customers should now be able to view AR/AP items and pages should be loading successfully.

    At this time we believe the primary issue has been resolved. We have logged one bug from this incident to be addressed in our upcoming release. Please reach out to support if you continue to experience issues with AR/AP views in SignalPath.
