Our cloud service provider is experiencing an outage that is impacting the SignalPath application. At this time file upload and download actions in TrialPath, including those related to documents and exports, are affected and may fail intermittently. We are monitoring the situation and will update as we learn more.

Our service provider has identified the cause of the outage and is working to resolve the issue. There is currently no estimated time for the fix to be implemented.

Our provider has started to implement a fix for this issue and service is beginning to return to normal. Occasional errors are still possible while they continue to deploy the fix. SignalPath will monitor for any further issues and update when the issue is fully resolved.
