Tyro is currently experiencing an issue which is affecting the ability for some customers to process transactions and access the Tyro App or Portal. Tyro is urgently looking into the situation and will provide further updates as they become available. Tyro apologises for any inconvenience being experienced. Tyro customers should now be able to process transactions. If they are still experiencing difficulties, please complete a terminal reboot by following the steps in the link below: https://help.tyro.com/s/article/How-do-I-Reboot-My-Tyro-Terminal The Tyro App and Portal are still unavailable. This is still being investigated and Tyro will provide further updates as they become available.

Unfortunately, Tyro’s usual settlement time will be delayed today. This is due to an issue Tyro experienced earlier this morning. Tyro are working urgently to process settlements today and they will provide updates as soon as they are available on status.tyro.com

Update: All of Tyro's systems are now operational and settlements have been processed. For customers who settle to a Linked Bank Account, your funds have been processed 3 hours later than normal. Please note the time they become available will depend on your banking provider. There are however delays to reporting which means recent transactions may not appear on Tyro's transaction and reconciliation reports for today. These transactions will appear at a later time and will be included in settlement. Tyro apologies for any impact experienced.
