    UPS.com web servers are currently entirely down for all users. Rating and shipping is unavailable. UPS Support is aware of the issue and working to resolve it now, we will post updates here as they are avilable.

    Many users are able to rate and ship successfully, with possible delays from UPS. If you are still seeing errors on UPS shipments related to licenses or timeout, please wait 10 minutes then try your shipment again. We will update again when a full fix is confirmed by UPS.
