UPS Servers are currently experiencing an outage, preventing rating and shipping for many users inside of ShipRush. Errors include 500 Internal Server Error, UPS: Unexpected error, and similar. UPS support is aware of the issue and working to resolve it now. We will post updates here as soon as they are available.

UPS notes this is related to their Address Validation system. Disabling address validation in settings may help with processing orders in the meantime for some users. This outage is still ongoing.
