Some shippers are seeing that ShipRush Web is slow to respond for rating and shipping right now. Some users are experiencing timeout errors as well. Development is monitoring the situation, but it appears to be due to slowdown of major carriers such as FedEx and USPS, likely due to the shipping volume they are handling today. Development will continue to work to make ShipRush run as smoothly as is possible, but some slowdowns are unavoidable currently. We will post updates here as we have them.

Carrier server response times have normalized, users should be able to rate and ship again in a reasonable amount of time. As a note there may be similar slowdowns during this week, especially during peak printing hours, we will provide updates to this status page when appropriate.
