The Intuit / QuickBooks Online servers are currently experiencing an outage, preventing many users from downloading new orders and updating shipped orders from ShipRush. Their support team is aware of the issue and working on it now. In the meantime we can suggest using Clipboard shipping to quickly copy address information from QBO.com into ShipRush: https://shiprush.help.descartesservices.com/productivity-tips We will post updates here as they are available.

This issue should now be resolved. There may still be brief delays in downloading and updating orders, but the webstore connection is otherwise stable.
