There is an issue preventing some users from printing labels and connecting to webstores via the toolbox. The development team is looking into this problem now.

Improvements have been made for this issue, but work is still underway and some users may be seeing delays in label print or similar operations. We will provide additional updates as they are available.

The root issue is now resolved, however users will need to exit the ShipRush Toolbox from the system tray and restart it to be able to ship again. If you aren't sure how to do this, a shutdown and restart of your shipping computer will also work. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
