    We’re experiencing a service outage with drivers being unable to accept jobs. Our team is currently working to restore the service. We apologise for any inconvenience. We will post another update as soon as we learn more.

    The incident with our platform has now been resolved. You should be able to access your account via the Sherpa web and/or mobile apps. For Businesses: Any new bookings or updates to existing deliveries submitted before 9:30am today will need to be re-submitted (if you received an error message). For Drivers: You should now be able to login to the app and continue on with your deliveries. Please ensure that any recent updates you made to deliveries before 9:30am this morning have been applied.
