  1. resolved Oct 21, 2025, 12:02 AM UTC

We are investigating increased error rates and latencies for multiple Connected services in the US-EAST-1 Region. Issue Identified By NorthWoodAI Services have been mirrored to another Vendor and region as possible

  2. postmortem Oct 21, 2025, 12:09 AM UTC

Between **11:49 PM PDT on October 19** and **2:24 AM PDT on October 20**, ServLogi Connected Services such as status & vendor monitoring experienced a temporary infrastructure disruption within one of our cloud regions, resulting in increased error rates and latency across a subset of services. At **11:50 AM PDT on October 19**, our monitoring systems—powered by **NorthWoodAI**—detected the issue and automatically initiated a mirroring process to alternate infrastructure in a separate region. This proactive response limited total service downtime to approximately **30 seconds to 1 minute** for most users. The root cause was identified as a **DNS resolution issue** affecting database service endpoints within the impacted region. After stabilization and mirroring, systems resumed normal operations, and all services were fully operational by **2:24 AM PDT**. **Services will remain mirrored across multiple regions until post-incident stress testing and validation are fully complete** to ensure continued reliability and performance under load. ServLogi continuously refines its infrastructure resiliency. Our use of **AI-driven monitoring and dynamic vendor mirroring** ensures that even regional disruptions have minimal customer impact. A detailed post-incident summary will be shared as part of our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.
