Update timeline

  1. identified Sep 14, 2026, 06:27 PM UTC

There is currently a reachability issue in Singapore for customers on the sander-sgp node. Customers using Servebolt CDN or ACD are no longer affected, but if you have set DNS records pointing to the node directly you may still experience issues. Below are some recommended actions to mitigate the problem. If already on Servebolt CDN No changes necessary If already on Servebolt ACD (Accelerated Domains) No changes necessary If neither, using a direct A DNS record currently pointing at 185.152.34.67 Change it to point to 185.152.34.74, and make sure the AAAA record is set as well. It should point at 2a05:e883:10:1::cd4d But we highly recommend setting up Servebolt CDN for your domain instead.
