    At 16:33 UTC our monitoring system indicated an elevated 5xx error rate on our API infrastructure. Due to a configuration issue, our services experienced a degraded performance between 16:33 and 16:36 UTC. As the alarm went out, our 24/7 operations team started the recovery and remediated the issue immediately.
