    We are currently experiencing an issue with our lab integration sending requests to HCA, Inuvi, Randox, Nationwide, Phoenix, LML and Viva. This is not affecting OWB and TDL which should be working as expected. Thank you for bearing with us.

    This incident has been resolved. All orders that have been raised during this time will be sent by the end of day today to the respective labs. You can still order labs as normal now, and they will also be sent by the end of the day.
