    We are currently experiencing an issue with submitting prescriptions to CloudRx. Thank you for bearing with us while we look into this.

    A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. --- Please Note: 1. New prescriptions created from now on can be submitted to CloudRx. 2. Prescriptions created earlier today that have not been submitted due to the issues: Please hold off submitting these prescriptions until informed otherwise later today. The team are urgently working on making a change to allow you to resubmit these prescriptions with ease. Thank you for bearing with us.

    In order to submit: 1. Prescriptions created earlier today that need to be re-submitted due to the issues: - Do a hard refresh on your system (no need to log out and log in again) - Find the corresponding consultation note and remove the medication - Re-add the medication in that consultation note - Generate a new prescription - Send to CloudRx 2. New prescriptions: - You can proceed with these as usual.

If you experience issues with submissions, kindly follow the steps below: - Do a hard refresh on your system (no need to log out and log in again) - Find the corresponding consultation note and remove the medication - Re-add the medication in that consultation note - Generate a new prescription - Send to CloudRx If you still experience issues with submissions, kindly contact [email protected]
