Some users experiencing issues with saving consultation notes
Semble experienced a minor incident on April 3, 2024 affecting Semble, lasting 1h 24m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Some users (with a certain role configuration, see below) may be experiencing the following issue: an error message will persist when trying to write a new consultation note and will therefore be unable to save their changes. For those with the following role configured: create consultation notes but NOT edit consultation notes. We are working on a fix, in the meantime as a potential workaround a user could enable editing of consultations for affected roles by going to Settings > Roles > { custom role } > Consultations and enabling the 'Edit, delete consultation notes' option.
