    API will be upgraded to 3.9. 3.9 contains two new features, model-based sentiment and support for Russian and Arabic for all Growth ad Advanced customers. Also fixed bugs in reported theme counts in discovery mode, improper caching of one-sentence mode, and occasionally not recognizing changes to configuration settings.
