    We are investigating an issue where attempting to grant access or send a questionnaire to an email address not currently registered in our system results in an error. Questionnaires are not being sent and access permissions are not updated with these addresses.

    The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

    The Questionnaires can now be sent to new platform users however, invitation e-mails are still undeliverable. We are investigating.
