    RSA acknowledges that some of our North American customers experienced degraded service, including delays and intermittent authentication failures, between approximately 11:46 and 13:14 UTC on September 12, 2024. This disruption was caused by a networking issue affecting one of our key technology partners, which impacted our customers' ability to consistently connect to the ID Plus Service. Once the issue was resolved, normal service availability was promptly restored. We are working closely with our partners to conduct a thorough root cause analysis of the incident and will provide further details as soon as they become available.
