    One of the Redis databases used is down due to an OVH outage since Nov 16, 2023 - 01:52 UTC, OVH detected it since Nov 16, 2023 - 01:55 UTC : https://public-cloud.status-ovhcloud.com/incidents/6sd9lwym7zdt. Most API calls fail due to an authentication error. On Nov 16, 2023 - 7:34 UTC : our team identified the issue, reported it to OVH, and started working on swapping the database. On Nov 16, 2023 - 8:32 UTC, we swapped the database, and are monitoring that everything is back to normal.
