    We have identified an intermittent issue when generating Spring Global labels, we have raised this with the carrier for investigation. As soon as we have an update we will update this incident.

    Spring Global confirmed that they had reported issues with their system which led to clients being unable to access their app and the API for shipment creation and tracking.
