    We have been made aware of the following by Parcelforce Major Incident - WDMO / expressLink / expressTrack / Intellihub (expressTransfer customers sending pre-advice) / Super User / Depot User / ACMS There has been a major incident overnight at the data centre where all of the above applications are operated from and they are all currently unavailable. The result is that you will not be able to login to create shipments or print labels. There is currently no estimated time when these will be back online but we are obviously working urgently with our supplier to resolve this as quickly as we possibly can and will provide an update at the earliest possible opportunity. Please continue to monitor the Scurri status page for further updates.

    ParcelForce have confirmed that their services have been successfully restored and are now fully operational We will continue to monitor over the next while to make sure that there are no further issues But please reach out to our support team if you experience any further issues at [email protected]
