We have identified an intermittent issue when connecting to Evri's server to generate labels. We have raised this with Hermes for investigation. As soon as we have an update we will update this incident.

We are awaiting an update from Evri to confirm that the root cause of the intermittent issues experienced Tuesday evening has been resolved. Our monitoring systems show that the service has been restored.
